Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to support on-site valet operations across client accounts. You will lead pre-shift briefings, coordinate with the GSM and Account Manager, and ensure safe, efficient vehicle flow and exceptional guest service.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of supervisory and customer service experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly, and resolve guest issues professionally.
• Prior hospitality or parking operations exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing daily valet operations and staff performance.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues with professionalism.
• Verify associates are in full uniform and monitor attendance and break times.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to the team.
• Manage valet equipment setup/breakdown and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll reviews, and vehicle counts for accuracy.
• Supervise operations to maintain safety and guest satisfaction.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training modules on time.
