Job summary

Parking Management Company, LLC is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to support on-site valet operations, lead staff, and ensure excellent guest service at assigned accounts. You will coordinate vehicle flow, monitor uniforms and safety, and participate in payroll-related tasks while promoting teamwork and efficiency.

The role emphasizes supervision, communication with managers, and adherence to service standards in a fast-paced parking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising customer-service staff in hospitality or similar settings.
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate shifts, and ensure service standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist GSM in overseeing daily valet operations and staff performance.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues promptly.
• Ensure associates are in full uniform and groomed.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings with updates and teamwork.
• Manage valet equipment setup, supplies, and staging areas.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll punches, and vehicle counts.
• Supervise safe key handling and incident reporting.
• Foster a team-oriented culture delivering exceptional guest service.
• Work 40+ hours on-site.
