Parking Management Company in Greenville, SC is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to oversee daily valet operations and lead a team of associates on-site. This role emphasizes exceptional guest service, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct daily pre-shift meetings, monitor uniform/compliance, manage tips and payroll, and coordinate with the Account Manager to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience is preferred; management or leadership training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check; no special certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Verify associates are in full uniform and maintain grooming standards before clocking in; monitor attendance and break/shift times.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to communicate updates and foster teamwork with the Account Manager.
• Manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll review, punches, and vehicle counts for accurate submissions.
• Supervise valet operations to ensure safe key handling and vehicle management; submit incident reports.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on guest service while promoting accountability and safety.
