Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to support valet operations on-site. You will help ensure a smooth vehicle flow, deliver exceptional guest service, and assist with staff management under the Valet Parking Division, reporting to the Account Manager.

Schedule includes Full Time and Part-Time roles with non-exempt status and an hourly compensation model with tips opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required; clean background check.
• Strong guest service, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues promptly.
• Ensure staff uniform and grooming standards; monitor attendance and shift times.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to GSM and management.
• Manage valet equipment setup/breakdown and supply levels.
• Oversee tip handling and payroll-related tasks; ensure accurate vehicle counts.
• Promote safety and maintain a positive team environment.
• Work on-site 40+ hours per week across assigned accounts.
