Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to oversee daily valet operations on-site at assigned accounts. You will lead a team, ensure exceptional guest service, and coordinate with management to maintain safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and a focus on guest satisfaction, with a schedule of 40+ hours on-site and hourly compensation plus tips.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 1 year supervisory and related customer service experience preferred.
• Management or leadership training/certs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to communicate updates and foster teamwork.
• Manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas, and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll, punches, and vehicle counts for accurate submissions.
• Ensure safe key handling and vehicle management; submit incident reports as needed.
