Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service across valet accounts. You will assist with staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management while helping manage revenue, payroll, and claims.

The role requires coordinating vendor and client communications, supervising valet teams, and maintaining safety standards to deliver a seamless hospitality experience for guests and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience is preferred; management or leadership related training/certifications/business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and ensure high-quality guest service.
• Assist with staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Oversee payroll, timecards, and reporting for associates.
• Coordinate valet operations and ensure safe vehicle handling and proper key storage.
• Maintain relationships with account management and associates.
• Ensure service standards and professional appearance are upheld.
