Parking Management Company, LLC is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations across multiple hospitality properties. You will lead staff, manage schedules and labor costs, and ensure top-tier guest service and client satisfaction while upholding financial performance and safety standards.

You will build strong client relationships, supervise teams, and drive compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable laws.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years supervisory or management experience in parking, hospitality, transportation, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Experience managing schedules, payroll, labor costs, or operating budgets preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Driving record must meet PMC standards with <=3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Ability to travel between locations as required.
• Ability to operate manual-transmission vehicles when required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily valet and parking operations at assigned property.
• Prepare schedules and maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor safety, service quality, attendance, and equipment.
• Inspect operations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Perform valet duties when required and assist as needed.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams about performance and issues.
• Manage revenue, payroll, and expenses and report variances.
