Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned locations, ensuring top-tier service for clients and guests. You will manage staff, nurture client relationships, oversee revenue and payroll, and perform valet duties as needed.

The role emphasizes staff development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on safe, professional, and organized valet experiences while driving business growth.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality or similar customer service field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as the primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations and fostering partnerships.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, and QA for smooth operations.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses with cost-control focus.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; enforce policies.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: involve staff in planning and drive accountability and growth.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend meetings, training, and adapt to evolving business needs.
