Job summary

You will supervise staff, manage scheduling and labor costs, monitor safety and service quality, and maintain strong client relationships to meet contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of supervisory or management experience in parking or hospitality preferred.
• Experience managing schedules, payroll, and labor expenses preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for the assigned property.
• Build professional relationships with clients and property stakeholders.
• Oversee daily valet and parking operations and staffing.
• Prepare schedules and maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor safety, service quality, and equipment.
• Maintain financial records and manage labor costs within budgets.
• Respond to client questions and service issues promptly.
• Provide coaching and development to employees.
