Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with a clean driving record.
• No special certifications are necessary for this position.
• Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for properties and manage partnerships.
• Daily Operational Oversight: schedule staff, maintain service quality, and visit sites.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses within budget.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, coach, and develop hourly associates.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular progress updates to management.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: lead teams, give feedback, and drive process improvements.
