Parking Management Company is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations at assigned locations, manage staff, and maintain strong client relationships. The role also involves overseeing revenue, payroll, and expenses, while performing valet duties as needed.

The incumbent will lead operations, develop staff, and drive customer satisfaction, ensuring a safe, professional valet experience and continuous service quality improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record within 3 years.
• Leadership training or business management certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: be the primary contact for each property and manage contractual obligations while fostering open communication.
• Daily Operational Oversight: schedule staffing, monitor QA, perform site visits, and ensure consistent customer service.
