Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and quality assurance at multiple locations.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with cost control focus.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; enforce policies and standards.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Lead staff involvement in planning and process improvements; foster growth and accountability.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training; support flexible hours and travel as needed.
