Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in parking, hospitality, transportation, retail or customer service preferred.
• Experience managing schedules, payroll, labor costs, or operating budgets preferred.
• Leadership, hospitality or business-management education or training is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet and parking operations at the assigned property.
• Prepare schedules and manage staffing levels.
• Monitor attendance, service quality, safety, traffic flow and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and address operational concerns with corrective actions.
• Assist with valet duties when needed, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Provide regular updates to management on staffing, operations and financials.
