Parking Management Company is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations at assigned locations, ensuring exceptional service for clients and guests. The role involves staff management, client relationships, and balancing revenue and payroll while performing valet duties when needed.

You will lead scheduling, training, and quality assurance, provide regular reports to management, and drive operational excellence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years supervisory parking/hospitality experience.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and clean DMV record.
• Strong communication, guest service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to oversee payroll and labor cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary property contact, ensuring contract obligations and open communication.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and site visits to maintain service standards.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses in coordination with Regional Director.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; set performance expectations.
• Provide regular progress reports and coordinate during emergencies.
• Lead staff planning and process improvement across locations.
