Parking Management Company in St. Louis is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations at assigned locations, lead staff, and ensure guest service meets client expectations.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, and budgets, build strong client relationships, and report to the City/Area Manager while maintaining a professional, safe, and efficient valet experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years of supervisory experience in parking or hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check.
• Strong hospitality, customer service, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations at assigned locations and manage staff.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses; coordinate with Regional Director.
