Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management: serve as the primary contact for each property and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Daily operational oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, quality assurance, site visits, and customer service standards.
• Financial and administrative tasks: monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses; coordinate with leadership to stay within budget.
• Team supervision and training: recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; set performance expectations.
• Payroll management: oversee scheduling and overtime to optimize labor costs.
• Communication and reporting: provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and needs; coordinate during emergencies.
