Job summary

Parking Management Company seeks a dedicated Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to support on-site valet operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead daily staff activities across assigned accounts.

You will oversee scheduling, training, uniform compliance, and safety while collaborating with the Account Manager and GSM to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred; management or leadership training/certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• No special certifications necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations with GSM to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues promptly.
• Ensure uniform compliance and grooming standards; monitor attendance and shifts.
• Lead pre-shift meetings; communicate updates with Account Manager and team.
• Manage valet equipment setup/breakdown and staging areas.
• Oversee tips and payroll data accuracy; support punches and vehicle counts.
• Supervise safety and key/vehicle handling; submit incident reports.
• Foster teamwork and a customer-focused culture; support operational excellence.
• Schedule: Full Time / Part Time; on-site at assigned accounts.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; perform additional tasks as needed.
