Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check must be clean.
• Leadership or business management training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are met while fostering open communication with stakeholders.
• Daily Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations at each location.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: Monitor site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses; work with Regional Director on cost control and records.
• Team Supervision and Training: Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; set performance expectations and foster a positive work environment.
• Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to management through reports on progress and needs; coordinate during emergencies.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Involve staff in planning and process improvement; provide feedback and promote growth.
• Additional Responsibilities: Attend staff meetings, complete training modules, and be flexible with hours including travel for reviews.
