Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations, staff scheduling, and service quality at a designated location. You will drive client satisfaction and manage payroll and expenses in collaboration with the Regional Director.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in supervisory roles in parking or hospitality, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service.
• Leadership or business management training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations at assigned location to ensure exceptional service.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance across shifts.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
