Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and contract obligations across locations.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance; visit sites to uphold service standards.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses; collaborate with Regional Director on budgeting.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff; set performance expectations and foster professionalism.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and coordinate with vendors during emergencies.
• Lead continuous process improvement and staff development to enhance service quality.
