Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks an Assistant Account Manager to lead guest service delivery and oversee daily valet operations. You will assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development while ensuring safe vehicle handling and strong client relations.

Role requires 1 year supervisory or related hospitality experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to high service standards and payroll accuracy. Exempt, full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with supervisory/cust svc experience preferred.
• Management or leadership training/certifications are a plus.
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest service training to ensure PMC standards and a premium experience.
• Supervise valet operations, safe parking, and proper key handling.
• Support HR activities: interviewing, onboarding, coaching and development.
• Maintain professional appearance and apply policy-based discipline fairly.
• Communicate clearly with associates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction.
• Audit timecards, tips, wage adjustments, and report payroll accurately.
• Help manage account revenue per SOPs and maintain financial performance.
• Develop high-potential staff and foster a collaborative culture.
