• High school diploma or GED; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred; management or leadership training/certifications/business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest service leadership training; uphold PMC guest service standards.
• Supervise valet operations; ensure safe vehicle handling and key procedures.
• Lead HR tasks: interviewing, onboarding, training, performance management.
• Administer progressive discipline and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain clear client and associate communications; address concerns promptly.
• Audit timecards and payroll; ensure accurate reporting.
• Support account revenue management; follow SOPs and reporting processes.
• Develop high-potential associates; foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Provide 24/7 operational support for urgent issues.
• Oversee company initiatives; ensure compliance and alignment with goals.
• Engage staff in planning and process improvement; encourage growth.
