Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations across assigned locations in the Atlanta area. You will manage staff, ensure top-tier guest service, and maintain client relationships while monitoring revenue and payroll—occasionally performing valet duties as needed.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and financial oversight to drive service quality and growth. A flexible schedule and travel for reviews may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service field.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required; clean driving record within three years.
• Ability to lead and train hourly associates; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and occasional travel for financial reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations at each location.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with Regional Director to stay on budget.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates and enforce company policies.
• Provide regular updates to management through reports on progress and needs.
