Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations, staff management, and client relationships across locations. You will drive service excellence, monitor revenue and payroll, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in hospitality or parking, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills. This exempt role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: be the primary contact for each property and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance across locations.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with regional oversight.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, train, and coach hourly associates and enforce policies.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to management and coordinate during emergencies.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: involve staff in planning and process improvements with measurable feedback.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend meetings, complete trainings, and support flexible hours including travel when needed.
