Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to support daily valet operations and lead a frontline team. You will ensure smooth vehicle flow, address guest questions, and maintain high service standards while upholding grooming and uniform requirements.

The role emphasizes teamwork and safety in a fast-paced hospitality environment. On-site, full-time or part-time, you will coordinate with the Account/City Manager, manage equipment, and contribute

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily valet operations and staff performance.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues promptly.
• Ensure staff appearance and grooming compliance; monitor attendance and shifts.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to the team and managers.
• Manage valet equipment setup and supplies for smooth operations.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll reviews, and vehicle counts for accuracy.
• Promote safety and manage incidents; maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Foster a teamwork-focused culture and provide regular feedback for improvement.
• Work 40+ hours on-site at assigned accounts.
