PARKING MANAGEMENT COMPANY (PMC) is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned locations, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining strong client partnerships. You will manage staff, budgets, and service quality while driving operational excellence across sites.

The role emphasizes staff development, safety, and financial performance, with opportunities for bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Leadership or business management training/certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for each property, ensure contractual obligations are met and build trust with stakeholders.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance; conduct site visits to resolve issues and uphold service standards.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses; work with Regional Director on cost control and records.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; set performance expectations and maintain policy adherence.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to management with progress, challenges, and account needs.
