Merck is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative to support healthcare providers by delivering clinical vaccine information and resources. The role focuses on education, reimbursement insights, and contract adherence to help increase immunization rates across assigned geographies.

The VCR serves as the primary contact for providers within a defined territory, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data to optimize contract performance and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations with Health Care Providers and Health Care Business Professionals to align customer needs with vaccine attributes.
• Provide Vaccine management updates related to customer needs, reimbursement, contract adherence, and quality goals.
• Keep customers informed through self-study of scientific, product, and marketplace information and attendance at workshops and conferences.
• Use analytical tools to engage customers in quarterly business reviews about contract performance and opportunities.
