Merck is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative to support healthcare providers with clinical vaccine information, education, and contract adherence. This role covers a broad territory in the US, focusing on improving immunization rates and patient outcomes through strategic account engagement.

The VCR serves as the primary contact for clinics, health departments, and integrated delivery systems, collaborating with the broader vaccine team to optimize contract performance and education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years sales experience or a minimum of High School Diploma with at least 4 years of relevant work experience which could include: professional sales, experience in marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific field (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices).
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations with Health Care Providers and Health Care Business Professionals to align customer needs and our Company’s vaccine attributes in accordance with product labeling, and CDC and professional society recommendations.
• Provide vaccine management updates to help customers improve patient health outcomes and contract adherence.
• Keep apprised of scientific, product and marketplace information through study, conferences, and review of materials.
• Use analytical tools to engage customers in quarterly business reviews to maximize contract performance.
• Educate customers to improve immunization rates through quality-based programs.
