Job summary

Merck & Co. seeks a Vaccine Customer Representative to support healthcare providers with clinical vaccine information, reimbursement guidance, and contract adherence.

The role focuses on improving immunization rates by educating customers and leveraging contract opportunities within a defined geography. The VCR collaborates with the Vaccine Key Customer Leader and other team members to align customer needs with vaccine attributes, using company materials and workshops to inform practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–3 years sales experience or high school diploma with at least 4 years in sales/marketing/healthcare/scientific field.

Responsibilities

• Engage with health care providers and professionals to present vaccine information and contract details.
• Provide updates on customer needs and vaccine management to improve patient outcomes and contract performance.
• Learn and share company vaccine knowledge through ongoing education and materials.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to educate customers on contract performance and opportunities.
• Support education to improve immunization rates through quality-based programs and tools.
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
