Merck is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative (VCR) to support healthcare providers across a defined territory by delivering clinical vaccine information, education, and resources to help increase immunization rates. You will work with the vaccine team to address reimbursement needs, contract adherence, and customer satisfaction, while staying current on product knowledge and CDC schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 4 years relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations with Health Care Providers and Health Care Professionals to align customer needs with vaccine attributes.
• Provide vaccine management updates to help customers improve patient health outcomes and meet contract requirements.
• Educate customers with scientific and market knowledge; attend workshops and review promotional materials.
• Use analytical tools to engage customers in quarterly business reviews and optimize contract performance across the portfolio.
• Assist customers with education to improve immunization rates using appropriate tools like Vaccine IQ.
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
• Develop territory-level business plans to improve immunization rates within policies and ethics.
• Maintain knowledge and certification across the vaccine portfolio and CDC immunization schedule.
