Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years Sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 4 years relevant work experience (sales/marketing/healthcare).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare providers and professionals with product presentations aligning with labeling and guidelines.
• Provide vaccine management updates to improve patient outcomes and contract performance.
• Educate customers using scientific and marketplace information; review promotional materials regularly.
• Analyze metrics and conduct quarterly business reviews to optimize contract performance.
• Develop territory-level business plans to improve immunization rates within assigned accounts.
