Merck is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative to support healthcare providers with clinical information on vaccines, education, and resources. You will act as the primary contact for designated accounts within a defined US territory, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize contract performance and patient immunization outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, field sales experience, and the ability to work independently within a multi-disciplinary team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or 4+ years in sales/healthcare fields
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and drive customer engagement
• Strong organizational and time management skills with good communication

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary point of contact for select customer accounts
• Coordinate with customer team to outline strategy and relationships
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to maximize contract performance
• Educate customers to improve immunization rates through quality-based programs
• Monitor business performance using company tools
• Develop territory-level business plan to improve immunization rates
