Merck in the United States is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative to support healthcare providers with clinical information on our vaccine portfolio, education, and resources to improve immunization rates and contract adherence.

You will serve as the primary contact within your geography—engaging with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product attributes and CDC guidance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0–3 years sales experience or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Present balanced product sales to healthcare providers per labeling and recommendations.
• Provide vaccine management updates to improve patient outcomes and contract adherence.
• Gather market insights from workshops, conferences, and promotional materials.
• Utilize tools to engage customers in quarterly business reviews regarding vaccine contracts.
• Educate customers to improve immunization rates through quality-based programs.
• Monitor business performance against objectives with company tools.
• Develop territory-level plans to raise immunization rates with assigned customers.
• Maintain vaccine knowledge and CDC schedule for pediatric and adult vaccines.
