The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyzes market dynamics, and uses company tools to monitor performance and drive growth. Travel is required to cover assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years Sales experience or high school diploma with 4+ years in sales/marketing/healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.

• Engage healthcare providers and professionals with balanced product presentations.
• Provide vaccine management updates to customers to improve immunization outcomes and contract adherence.
• Gather insights from healthcare environment and educate customers using product and marketplace information.
• Use analytical skills to engage customers in quarterly business reviews regarding vaccine contracts.
• Assist customers with education to improve immunization rates and adherence to quality programs.
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
• Develop territory-level business plans to improve immunization rates within policy and ethics.
