Job summary

Merck is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative to support healthcare providers with clinical information, education, and resources for vaccine programs. The role focuses on contract adherence, reimbursement information, and improving patient immunization rates within a defined US territory.

You will collaborate with the vaccine team and other field-based colleagues to drive customer engagement, plan territory activity, and deliver optimal outcomes for providers and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0–3 years sales experience or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant work experience (sales, marketing, military, healthcare/scientific field).
• Demonstrated aptitude to excel in educational or professional roles.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations to healthcare providers and professionals.
• Provide vaccine contract education to maximize contract performance.
• Keep customers informed with scientific, product and marketplace knowledge through study of materials and attendance at workshops.
