Job summary

Merck is looking for a Vaccine Customer Representative to support healthcare providers with clinical information, education, and resources to help maximize vaccine contract performance and immunization rates. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address provider needs and optimize patient outcomes within your geography.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with remote work flexibility and travel to cover assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0–3 years Sales experience or High School Diploma with at least 4 years relevant work experience in sales/marketing/healthcare.
• Demonstrated aptitude to excel in educational or professional roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations with healthcare providers and professionals.
• Provide vaccine management updates to improve patient health outcomes and contract performance.
• Maintain product knowledge and CDC vaccination schedules across pediatric and adult vaccines.
• Coordinate with account teams to outline customer strategy for interactions and relationships to improve immunization rates.
• Develop territory-level plans focusing on raising immunization rates within assigned customers.
