Merck is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative to educate clinicians, health systems, and providers on vaccine information, reimbursement, and contract adherence to improve immunization rates within the assigned territory.

You will collaborate with account teams and cross-functional partners, travel to clinics and hospitals, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to drive customer success and vaccine uptake.

• Use analytical skills to engage customers in quarterly business reviews about their vaccine contracts.
• Assist customers with education to improve immunization rates using appropriate tools and programs.
