Job summary

Merck in the United States seeks a Vaccine Customer Representative to support providers with clinical vaccine information, reimbursement guidance, and contract adherence. You will work with clinicians, payers, and administrators to optimize immunization rates and contract performance within your territory.

Travel is required, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product attributes and CDC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0–3 years Sales experience or High School Diploma with at least 4 years in sales/marketing/healthcare.
• Demonstrated aptitude to excel in professional roles and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Present vaccine products to healthcare providers and business professionals in line with labeling and CDC/professional recommendations.
• Provide vaccine management updates to help customers improve immunization rates and contract performance.
• Educate customers on vaccines using company materials and clinical information; conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate with the customer team to outline strategy for interactions and improve immunization rates.
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
