Job summary

Merck seeks a Vaccine Customer Representative to support health care providers with clinical information on vaccines, reimbursement guidance, and contract adherence. You will be the primary contact in your geography, engaging clinics, hospitals, and health systems to improve immunization rates and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include presenting product information, monitoring contract performance, and maintaining up-to-date vaccine knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0–3 years sales experience (or 4+ years with a high school diploma).
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Present vaccine product information to health care providers.
• Educate customers on reimbursement, contracts, and immunization goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and CDC immunization schedule awareness.
• Analyze metrics to track progress toward objectives.
• Develop territory business plan to improve immunization rates.
