Job summary

MSD is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative to support providers across the Tri-Cities WA region and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes education on vaccine attributes, reimbursement guidance, and contract performance to improve immunization rates.

You will engage health care professionals, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of vaccines and CDC schedules while working in a remote-friendly environment across WA and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years Sales experience or a High School Diploma with 4+ years in sales/healthcare/pharma.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations to educate providers on vaccine attributes.
• Provide customers with reimbursement information and contract-related insights to maximize contract performance.
• Develop territory plans and monitor performance against objectives with company tools.
• Maintain knowledge of the CDC immunization schedule for pediatric and adult vaccines.
