MSD is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative for the Spokane, WA area. The role involves engaging health care providers with vaccine information, education on reimbursement, and contract adherence to help immunization rates and protect patients.

The position covers Spokane and surrounding areas with travel; a Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with experience qualifies you. Valid driver's license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years Sales experience or minimum high school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant work experience (sales/marketing/healthcare).
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage Health Care Providers and Health Care Business Professionals with balanced product presentations.
• Educate customers on vaccine information, reimbursement, and contract adherence.
• Develop territory-level business plans to improve immunization rates and meet objectives.
• Monitor performance and use CRM tools to track progress and opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date vaccine portfolio knowledge and CDC immunization schedules.
