Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative (VCR) to support healthcare customers by delivering clinical information on vaccines, education, and resources.

You will help providers manage reimbursement and contract adherence to improve immunization rates and patient outcomes within a defined geography. The role requires engaging with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, quality directors, and managers across clinics, hospital systems, and health departments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years Sales experience or
• High school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in sales/marketing/healthcare.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations with Health Care Providers and Health Care Business Professionals to align needs with vaccine attributes.
• Provide vaccine management updates to help improve patient outcomes and contract performance.
• Keep customers informed with scientific, product, and marketplace information through various educational activities.
• Use analytical tools to run quarterly business reviews regarding vaccine contracts to maximize performance.
