Merck & Co. Inc. is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative to support providers with clinical information and education on vaccines within the Spokane, WA area. You will collaborate with the customer team to enhance contract performance, reimbursement, and immunization rates.

Responsibilities include engaging health care professionals, presenting vaccine attributes, and staying current on CDC schedules and vaccine portfolios while traveling within the territory as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years Sales experience OR High school diploma with 4+ years relevant work experience in sales/healthcare

Responsibilities

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations with providers and health care professionals
• Provide vaccine management updates to customers to improve outcomes and contract adherence
• Keep customers informed with scientific, product and market information through self-study and events
• Use analytical tools to conduct quarterly business reviews and optimize contract performance
• Assist customers with education to improve immunization rates through quality programs
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools
• Develop territory-level business plans to raise immunization rates and align with policies
