Job summary

Merck is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative to educate healthcare providers on vaccines, support reimbursement and contract adherence, and help improve immunization rates within a defined US territory.

You will collaborate with field-based teams and use product information to inform customers about vaccine attributes and scheduling, while supporting practice improvement and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 4+ years in sales/healthcare fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct balanced vaccine product presentations to healthcare providers in line with labeling and guidelines.
• Provide vaccine management updates to customers to support outcomes and contract adherence.
• Develop insights through study of materials, workshops, and conferences to support education.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with customers to optimize contract performance across the portfolio.
• Help education efforts to improve immunization rates using approved tools and programs.
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
• Develop territory-level plans to improve immunization rates within policy and ethics.
