Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. We are seeking a sales-focused professional to conduct in-person presentations and build rapport with prospective owners at our resort sales centers.

You will articulate the benefits of membership, overcome objections, and drive sales through closing techniques. Training and support are provided, with no travel outside the home site area required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Must have or be able to obtain applicable real estate and/or timeshare license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations at our sales centers.
• Find common ground with prospective or current owners.
• Articulate benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through presenting and closing techniques.
• Utilize prequalified leads provided by the company.
• Attend ongoing sales and career training.
