Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales associate to conduct face-to-face presentations at our resort sales centers and build rapport with prospective and current owners. You will articulate the benefits of traveling with us in a high-energy environment, with commissions and bonuses tied to performance.

Minimum 1–3 years in sales/marketing is preferred. A real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our sales centers.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners; articulate benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
