Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales professional to conduct in-person presentations at our resort-based sales centers. You will connect with prospective owners, explain the benefits of travel with the brand, and drive sales through effective closing techniques.

Expect ongoing training and performance reviews while working at a home-site location with no required travel outside the local area. A real estate or timeshare license or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our sales centers.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, meetings, and stay current on sales information and industry trends.
