Job summary

Scandit seeks a hands-on People Operations professional to serve as the first point of contact for colleagues in Boston and across the Americas. You will split time between People Operations, Employee Relations, and Workplace Experience, running day-to-day activities in the US with autonomy.

You will maintain HR records in Workday, support Payroll data, and ensure compliance with US federal and Massachusetts laws. The role involves onboarding, budgets, events, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People or HR operations, coordination or advisory role, including first-line ER.
• Working knowledge of US federal and Massachusetts employment law.
• Proficient in HR systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employee queries and manage ticketing workflow.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and support Payroll data delivery.
• Coordinate onboarding and Day 1 orientation for Boston arrivals.
• Support budgets, vendor setup, and invoices; participate in process improvements.
• Coordinate in-person, virtual and hybrid events and manage office needs.
