xFact/DataServ is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Massachusetts. The role supports onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, HR reporting, and daily HR operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience with benefit administration.
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions: employee relations, onboarding, compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace matters.
• Support employee relations matters and guide managers and employees.
• Assist with talent acquisition, interviews, and on-site onboarding.
• Assist with performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate benefits administration, enrollments, updates, and communications.
• Support immigration compliance and work authorization processes.
• Administer HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Support the employee-facing SharePoint site and HR communications.
• Assist with handbook updates, policy development, and process improvements.
• Generate HR reports, audits, and workforce metrics.
• Maintain employee records and data accuracy across HR systems.
