DevSavant Inc. in the United States is seeking a People Operations professional to manage the employee lifecycle, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates.

You’ll be the approachable first point of contact for routine questions and escalate sensitive issues to the VP, Ops. In this role you will support performance management, engagement, and culture programs, coordinate recruiting end-to-end, and assist co-founders with cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the People Operations side of the employee lifecycle - onboarding and offboarding, benefits and payroll coordination, HRIS updates, PTO tracking, and employee records - serving as an approachable first point of contact for routine questions and escalating anything sensitive to VP, Ops
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and internal culture programs, including feedback cycles, goal-setting, recognition, and team-building initiatives
• Coordinate recruiting and hiring support end-to-end: job descriptions, interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting documentation, and a smooth handoff from candidate to new hire
• Support our co-founders and other cross-functional administrative projects from request through completion
• Build processes that simplify, automate, or improve People and operations workflows as Antenna scales
